The funniest thing is Luffy "Couldn't" beat Doflamingo or Cracker 1v1 IS HEADCANON. There is next to NO EVIDENCE backing up why he can't. BUT folks will die fighting to make an argument against it. I guess Luffy NEEDED Nami's help to defeat Buggy so he can't beat buggy in a 1v1.
