Sally and Knuckles have SO much in common, like how their fathers are both manipulative, gaslighting piles of shit (which we will eventually get into, don't you worry!)

I still ADORE pre-reboot Archie Sonic, but the reboot has definitely grown on me. I find there to be a lot to appreciate about it.

Chester too big to be stuffed in a suit (he’d get caught)
Lir wouldn’t stay in the office and sneak around and survive
Noel played the game before and knows the starts and survives easily
Archie wouldn’t know what’s going on, get caught, and throw a trident through its head

y'know for the amount of times the writers have made Knuckles and Sonic bicker and fight over the most menial shit, I'm surprised they actually put 2 + 2 together here

I'm just jotting down a big list of "characters that actually become interesting and kinda cool once Ian Flynn takes over" cause here's a notable one

Knuckles continues his quest for King Acorn's sword, and ends up meeting Tails' uncle, a wizard named ─ and I shit you not ─ Merlin.

This is a little too on-the-nose even for me lmao

okay I lied I ended up going back and writing a TKP Addendum taking another look at the so-called "greatest storyline in Sonic history," Archie Sonic's Endgame arc https://t.co/yjtmLzD6AT
