I really wish the Legends localization team didn't do this.

Like, I get it. They're referencing their descendants. It's cute, but it also feels lay. Like they couldn't come up with good English names, so they borrowed from the Japanese version.

Koei Tecmo announced they are releasing Touken Ranbu Warriors exclusively for Switch in the west on May 24, 2022.

That's a little surprising! I wasn't expecting a localization announcement for this. Honestly, I've never heard of this property but I like Musou/Warriors games.

Yes, I did join JP a few months after getting into the game, but I've always hoped that one day I'd be able to see the interesting contents from JP translated by the same localization that have given me so much to enjoy. It really just, doesn't feel the same.

And a large part of this is thanks to the fantastic localization. EnA3 has the best translation I've ever seen in a mobile game. No other games that I'm currently playing can compare to how good the localization is, and that makes it extra sad to see it go.
