In fact, thanks to what is probably just a slip of the tongue, Paragus refers to berserk Broly as the “Legendary Saiyan” (no “Super”), an oddity Toyotaro reused for his description of berserk Kale, presumably in order to work around the U6 Saiyans not knowing of Super Saiyans.
