Started reading Stars Twinkle in Tomorrow World. It opens with the girl stuck in a zombie apocalypse. Her penguin strap turns into a giant Emperor penguin, swallows her whole, and escorts her to safety before reverting into the cute little guy you see on the cover. I'm sold.

There are What If episodes I really like... Captain Carter, T'Challa as Star-Lord and the Dr. Strange episode come to mind.

The Marvel Zombies episode, though... oof. If there's a place where goofy MCU comedy doesn't belong, it's during the Marvel Zombie Apocalypse.

I've been catching up on American Horror Story with my roommate, and we recently finished Apocalypse.
It's just 10 episodes of petty, messy, sexy goths in incredible outfits finding ways to backstab each other.

Well that certainly was a wild ride! It was obtuse and gonzo and crazy. Weirdly enough it reminded me of a few of Takashi Miike works rather than any other Sion Sono picture. It was like SUKIYAKI WESTERN DJANGO mixed with IZO and YAKUZA APOCALYPSE. All of which are fucking nuts!
