i think probably 70% of the reason i keep gravitating towards drawing deku lately is just the scars. i LOVE scars.
they add SO much to a character design, i just love. the day i don't give my player character in any rpg scars is the day i die.

@Carpetcat1 This is why I have constantly drawn him as ugly as I can, even in this old art, but I think he would have non conventional features like big nose, emaciated body/face, and so many burn scars. Its been 3 years. I should redraw him...
@JamieRenwick I feel you. I can't wear anything even moderately low cut or without sleeves because of my cancer scars. They're super dark and really big. I also get psoriasis
