That is the definition of a Crisis Event they explain it in the comics, and Flashpoint is a Crisis event because it changed the continuity of the main universe, it doesn't have to completely effect the entire Multiverse to be a Crisis

The other continuity plothole is that when Terra shows up they are inviting her to join the Titans but that she needs practice, but they are literally inviting her... she runs offended. The the next episode NOBODY wants her in suddenly bc she didnt control her powers??
