シェイプキー（モーフ）付きの3Dモデリングをする上で気にしておいた方良い話ですが、こういった髪の先端部分は基本、縮めるより広げる方が難しいです。
なので、ぱっつん髪シェイプを入れる予定なら最初からぱっつんにしておくというのも１つの手だと思います。
