Why “have to” include them? Michael Holt makes most sense in terms of the Fair Play theme. Still acknowledge OG Mr. Terrific; but emphasize Holt isn’t just filling shoes. That said, Atom Smasher should also be a retconned member, (as former Infinity, Inc) replacing OG Atom.
