almost all the tools you need to are on the left side of the window by defaul, 1 is for selection tools mostly, 2 is for brush tools and 3 for misc tools like gradients, forms, text and rulers, aside that correction layers are really usefull too!

Correction : 人参 kanji which is used here is actually carrot and not ginseng despite they both share the same kanji and spelling.

I wouldn't worry abt it too much, you can still colorcorrect everything later on! I've the same issue with my laptop bc it's the shittiest little HP that's made for Office work so everything's always way off in color 😅(see: before/after correction)
