Colors for yesterday's Spider-Man piece. I am very much torn between two styles of coloring: All flats (think Mignola / Stewart) or soft gradients (think Kelley Jones).

WAIT YES I CAN IT WAS THIS ONE. even if its just a portrait i suggest adding effects/a border/a gradient, its simple bg stuff that still makes it look finished. place the character in the center if you want it to look more direct and off to the side if you want it to look distant
