I’m hoping the DCAU material on HBOMax isn’t going anywhere, but, just in case, now might be a good time to check out some of the animated films I’ve written: BATMAN VS. ROBIN, BATMAN: BAD BLOOD, CONSTANTINE: CITY OF DEMONS, SUPERMAN: RED SON, and DEATHSTROKE: KNIGHTS & DRAGONS.

Superman: Year One is one of the worst Superman stories of all time. When it comes to Clark Kent no one misses the point harder than Frank Miller.

11. For All Seasons
An undervalued aspect of the character is that Clark was not raised in one city. Superman’s world is a rich place of unique locations that he grows from. It’s an aspect that makes the character feel like they have a full lived in life.

6. Last Days of Superman
With previous choice in mind I wanted Silver Age rep. Top choice is Superman I got into collecting as a fan of 60’s pop art. Maybe not everybody else will appreciate the charm but you cant do better than Swan. Plus still has one of the best moments

Recently read this Steven T.?Seagel/ Scott McDaniel run. (Superman I love that it highlights Clark’s wide variety of powers. Especially thought it was cool to show a range different eye designs to go along with those powers.

Very mad that the New 52 did not follow through with this version of Superman

Taking into account that Rugula is just as powerful if not stronger than cumber in Super Saiyan 4, I'd say cosmic armor superman

As a matter of fact, with his backstory as a survivor of a doomed planet who uses a mech to combat a threat that destroyed his planet, this version of Superman basically Duke Fleed from UFO Robo Grendizer.
