From there it was just a jumble of adjusting certain anatomy until I suddenly found myself with pretty decent results. I mean, these below are from a stretch of over a year and a half.

Colored this doodle up. Used csp's default color pencil brush without changing the size to see how tedious it was. adds texture but I gotta figure out the objects grain better for better results. it's easy to just do whatever after gettin lazy.
