And another guoache painting! For this, I tried painting on the smooth side of the watercolor paper and it was a mistake as it couldnt contain the paint and it bled. I just lined the edges with pencil so that it will be defined 🤣 #insomniac

Cynder was a much more terrifying and striking villain than Malefor to me so I wanted to see how the crossover / genderbend would work
More Scallop art! I just loved making her design: I mixed details from manatees, sea turtles, nudibranches, leafy sea dragons and even pigs! Dragons can be so diverse in design.

Quick test paint of Acario in a slightly different style. I'm realizing the way Soejima and a lot of Japanese SAI users paint is a bit too soft for my style. I relied a lot on layers to get a few harder edges in there.
