according to Todoroki in SF. Hori obviously improved on this aspect as time went on drawing his manga. And in turn, considering that Deku never dominated OFA 100% and therefore that OFA has not become stronger, the OFA that Bakugou got in HR is as strong as Deku and AM's OFA.
