The St Andrews Friendship Club of Arbroath held its monthly meeting on the 7th March and was given an illustrated presentation by the Lord Lyon on “Local Heraldry and Arbroath". Here is the coat, granted in 1900, of the former royal burgh.

The Royal Over-Seas League held its St Andrew's Night Dinner in the Royal Scots Club, Edinburgh . The Lord Lyon gave a lecture on the "Symbol of St Andrew in Scots Heraldry" and was honoured to propose the Toast to "St Andrew and Scotland."

Nice! :) Though mind you, that's an emblem. A "crest" is the part of a coat of arms placed on top of the helmet. For example, the crest of the UK is the lion atop the crown.
