I usually draw a skunks nostrils as a curved line or a more detailed curve with a oval/tear drop shape at the end.

(The second one's from a drawing of an opossum I did, but because I wasn't sure how to draw the opossum nose perfectly, I drew it similar to how I draw a skunk's)
