TWINS!!! Nicole and Nicolas are Dragone's top assassins in #TheValeofWales. Though they were born and raised as elves in the 18th century, they prefer 19th century clothing; Nicole especially, as she disapproves of the 'No Ankles' rule.

1. I think of gathering chestnuts with my brothers back in the lands of the House of Wales. Our mother would show us the difference between edible chestnuts and inedible ones as we picked them up.
I wasn't as good at it as my older brothers, but I proudly remember (c)
Pen y Fan, 2018.
Earlier on this year, Jon and I hiked to the top of Pen y Fan, the highest peak in South Wales. A view that stood out was a burgundy brick bridge with rapid water rushing through its arches. 🌊

Snow depths by 6am tomorrow from the Arpege @meteofrance @wxcharts Big variation across #Wales. Most of the snow in the east and southeast, especially high ground. Much less in parts of the west & #Swansea because of the wind direction. E-NE with shelter from the hills/mountains.
Feb 25 1880 the #Resurgam #submarine foundered in off North #Wales. The sub was built in #1879 by George Garrett & was being taken to #Pompey to be shown to the #RoyalNavy. The sad remains of the #Resurgam now lie neglected on the seabed off Rhyl, rapidly turning into rust.
