Koschei the Immortal (or the Deathless) is a villain from Russian folklore. He's impossible to kill because he's hidden his soul inside a needle, which is inside an egg, which is inside a duck, which is inside a rabbit.

I really liked those sketches, so I colored them.
The phouka is primarily a creature of Celtic Folklore. Considered to be bringers both of good and bad fortune.

I'm trying some perspective and well, I'm still noob but it looks ok. Doesnt it? xD
I made a redesign for another Oc, he is Lore. The old one used to be a wolf but this new is a dog haha

I found some real nice art with this post so I might as well show myself. I'm a kids book illustrator but also make realistic drawings of extinct and living animals as well things from my local folklore.

No pegarme, pero desde hace unos días se que las historias de son independientes, pero que transcurren en el mismo mundo y lore. Exceptuando algunas que son continuaciones.
He vivido engañando.

Scabarite (Runescape) - 12/10

These dudes sat in a cave and prayed to a bug god until they themselves turned into bugs. Absolute body goals. Add more playable races jagex, you cowards, screw the lore. Very good bugs.

SIRIN & ALKONOST Prophetic women-headed birds of Russian folklore. Alkonost's beautiful song, makes those who hear her forget everything & want nothing more. She lives in the underworld with her counterpart the Sirin🎨Viktor Vasnetsov, 1896; Ivan Bilbin, 1905

Love the fact that Star Wars has been going on for nearly 40 years, has numerous films, spin offs, characters, alien races, books upon books of information on it’s lore...

Yet they still haven’t come up with a name for Yoda’s race other then... “Yoda’s Species”
