Back when I was first starting to get to grips with 3D modelling I did a lot of work on apes.

These are all from mid-late 2014. I'm tempted to revisit them with my current expanded knowledge of the medium.

I've never talked about this on twitter, but I really love apes.

Felt inspired to revisit some old dragon OCs! Hoku (Blue) and Nikka (Black) were an interesting pair, I designed them to be dragons but extremely unconventional in their shapes.

We started from an initial pixelart conceptart and throughly laid out the feeling of the level, the style and the architectural shapes. From the initial conceptart a lot of refinements were done gradually.
Later We separated all into assets, detailled them and added more stuff.
