#PortfolioDay
Hi, I’m Cameron and I’m an artist that paints mostly extinct and extant organisms ( primarily on the largest of animals such as non-avian dinosaurs, proboscideans, and cetaceans )
My Instagram account is here: https://t.co/88nLoD7miU
#PortfolioDay I'm Liam Elward, digital paleoartist looking for work in scientific illustration & paleontology. Open for commissions of any & all extinct organisms!

happy #NationalDolphinDay 🐬💙
the baiji is unluckily the first species of dolphin thought to be extinct due to human impact.
do your part to help conserve these intelligent animals. even the littlest actions matter.

A sketch/speedpaint for #DolphinDay Extinct cetaceans swimming in the Late Eocene coastal waters of Egypt. A pair of Dorudon atrox (front) and the giant, serpentine Basilosaurus isis swimming in the background #paleoart #sciart #NationalDolphinDay
Gastornis gigantea likely stood more than 6 ft (1.8 m) tall—much larger than its relative Velociraptor. For a long time, paleontologists thought this extinct avian was a carnivore, but now scientists think it was a vegetarian related to ducks & geese!

@Miles_DF Casting my vote for one of the following:
Angel (Lady and the Tramp 2)
Vague (Extinctioners)
Mari Itami (BNA: Brand New Animal)
Vintage postcard featuring marine reptiles as envisioned by paleoartist Charles R. Knight (1874-1953) for the Field Museum of Natural History. The caption below reads "Restoration of Extinct Sea-Lizards." Knight's original murals from the 1920s & 1930s still adorn the museum.
Here are the first two characters in 'The Extinction Generation' - East and Cult. What do you guys think?

Ejekiel Alpheus
-the nature is healed, extinct animals are coming back to their natural habitat, the world is saved, everything is ok
-this the effect he has, bless him
-a literal angel
-how he's illustrated further prove my point
-deserve the world, the world doesn't deserve him
@nudekayy I found some real nice art with this post so I might as well show myself. I'm a kids book illustrator but also make realistic drawings of extinct and living animals as well things from my local folklore.
Took a gamble and added color to my usual ballpoint drawing style,
I think I’ve made my favorite piece ever.
Not extinct ᵇᶦᵗᶜʰ.
The story is inspired by common fantasy tropes that have been twisted by a used universe. Paladins are too religious for anyone's own good, griffins are extinct, and the only successful beast hunter is one who is compared to beasts himself. To name only a few...

Happy #FossilFriday ! Here’s last nights procreate sketch of a Spiclypeus skull, ( spiked shield ) an extinct genus of chasmosaurine ceratopsian dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous.

It's World Curlew Day on the 21st April!
There's fewer than 400 pairs left in Wales, they'll be extinct as a breeding bird in 10 years if people don’t care for them.
What can you do:
- Report sightings
- keep dogs on leads at breeding time
- support groups working on them
Niche subject, but how many coats of arms feature extinct animals? The ones I have here are Tasmania with two thylacines, Mauritius with a dodo, Wellington with a moa and Hobart with a Tasmanian emu. What else ya got?
Some sketch studies of Thylacines, an extinct marsupial carnivore also known as the Tasmanian Wolf. They were once found in Australia and Tasmania. They were wiped out by combination of human activity and their niche being occupied by dogs (dingoes).
You can now read the whole of #MG adventure / fantasy 'The Last Scarecrow' on @wattpad #wattpad for FREE. "When the human race faces extinction, the scarecrows will rise..." https://t.co/3RoZQH3BNU
