Over the last day or so I’ve been reading MARVEL 1602: SPIDER-MAN (as have you, I’m sure) written by @jeffparker, and I think it’s a perfect example of this kind of high concept adventure comic done well — something Parker sets the bar for in general. Short thread ~ 🕸⚓️🔥
