Tomb Raider (2013): very good game and a great modern take on Lara’s character. the gameplay feels like Uncharted mixed with the exploration of Metroidvania. can’t way to play the rest of the trilogy. also got it for 3 bucks so it was a steal.

TOUHOU LUNA NIGHTS
Probably one of the more unique Metroidvanias I've played. The timestop mechanic is effectively used and the bosses are very fun. I like how the plot was true to the Touhou spirit too.
A must-play for anyone who likes Touhou or SotN.

Some of the best brand new platformer entries in long-running franchises that I've seen in a long time.

It also makes me really happy to see that one of the best modern platformers and metroidvanias ever made was from the Wonder Boy series. I hope we'll get Monster World 6 soon!
