Here the drawing without the rose border and background. I like the rose border but it covered Lumine's dress a bit which is a pity since ii think the folds on the dress turned out well. So here have a look at the raw version. This drawing has around 200 layers

A little leg never hurt anyone.
The colors were pretty easy to put in but I think it'll be a lot of blurred action lines. The background will probably be the hardest part because of the gradients and the lines in the background.
