Manga Gamer, can you help encourage Western content creators to make VNs with Black Protagonists coupled with multiple romanceable heroines of diverse backgrounds & color?

I'm also doing my part by making illustrations like these & planning for my own stories to have Black MCs

Funny how two of the best shows for kids ever have blue dog girls as protagonists.

welcome to the shafted by the anime club gen 9 protagonists
Though frankly, while i find gloria and hilda to have been extremely missed opportunites, i don't even know what the gen 9ers woulda been like as anime protagonists... they just seem to mundane to follow...

Yes, there will be an 11 episode special starting January that'll also be the finale of his journey.

The new protagonists are revealed to be Rika and Roy

I’m excited for the future of the Pokémon anime next year. The new protagonists, Riko and Roy look great too! Hope they can manage to live up to Ash’s legacy or even surpass it. Also please have Arven, Penny, and Nemona as travel companions.

Ash's journey is coming to an end after 25 years (1997-2023). Starting January 13th, an 11 episode Pokemon Ultimate episode event will begin sending Ash Ketchum off as the main character of the Pokemon franchise

Two new protagonists take over in a Paldea themed series in 2023.

I don’t know if I have it in me to commit another 25 years of my life to the new protagonists, but hey, I’ll give it a shot 😅

As sad as it is to see Ash leave, I hope everyone really embraces these two and gives them a chance to shine.

Maybe they’ll surprise us!

So summing up:

- 11 specials ending Ash's story in the main anime.

- 1 special in the alternate universe, potentially showing us Ash's father.

- New anime with new protagonists in Paldea, with a potential Ash cameo in the future (maybe older).
