For those of you who have dabbled in Spelljammer, do you find the price tag on most ships/helms to be incredibly expensive?

(100-250k for a helm, anywhere from 15-100k for a ship)

Do you think the 2e prices gel with 5e currency balance? What are your thoughts ?
