12- I have antagonists and the niece of a mad roboticist, but never major villains... which is surprising.

Closest I can say is probably Benjamin, who is constantly taking 2 steps forward and spiral stairwell to hell backwards.

Colm can also act as a tool to reinforce the fact that these guys are villains. Berkut and Tropy are of a kind, but Cortex’s evil is more comedic. Lyon also shows it quite different, using silence and lack of action contrary to his colleges as a source of villainy.

When Sparkle Solution was being handed out, we had to figure out some of Sparkle Cadet's villains. After seeing reference Jack Kirby when he designed her monsters in previous episodes, it only made sense to push her rival in the same direction!
