Tons of details have been simplified in BIS, presumably to achieve a stronger cartoon look.

Eyes are simpler and lack the "brow shading" of PiT.

Any instance of highlights are reduced or removed in BIS.

The shading of the dress is much softer and less harsh in BIS.

Very early WIP of Female Tiefling ears for Female Au Ra.
Unlike the men, since women have softer and more rounded faces im aiming to give them slightly softer/rounded ears which I think will play nice with their softer frames while also helping M/F look the same yet different.

Left: Softer lines, drawn in hard airbrush
Soft gradient/loose painterly coloring

Right: Hard, textured lines, minimal line weight variation
Minimal gradient shading + cel shade with watercolor fringe for that slight edge
