Had a good time with the new movie. It takes some liberties, but it’s a pretty solid remix of the first two games. Lots of Easter Eggs, multiple seeds planted for future films, and a pretty fun cast.

Honestly, I had put off watching it as I’m sometimes recommend things that are homage to 80s type films, eg: “Stranger Things.” I’m kind of not particularly interested in those things.
