Before Elem Klimov, Shepitko's husband, made Come and See, Shiptiko made The Ascent. They're two different films, but I think you can find Sheptiko's influence in how Klimov later tells his own story of this kind

After watching VENOM THE LAST DANCE, I fell in love with Venom even more than the previous two films, so I read the comic KING IN BLACK.
I found it extremely interesting.
I never thought that Venom would become a warrior of light and defeat Null!

I don't know what to think about this... I liked the animation and storytelling but the story itself is uh, okay? I kinda wasn't moved by it, the characters are charming but some of them aren't well utilized or go through endless suffering, it's sad.
They're good films, I think.
