For today's #HigginsHighlights, we have this Roman glass flagon that's dated back to 1st-2nd century AD. It was discovered in Ickwell Bury and was once used to pour wine by its wealthy owner. You can find it in the Settlement Gallery when we're able to have visitors again.

@Sverious_Art I do like seeing other peoples methods, hmm, so just in case its useful heres how I do it. I ahve a master layer thats just a Silloutte it controls all colour. then theres a flat colour layer. Then hard shadows, then soft shadows, then highlights, etc.

Ended up doing this mixed media drawing, it was a pencil sketch, then used fine liners, coloured markers and some white gel pen for highlights, I'm pretty content with what I ended up with considering I haven't used these types of markers since college lol (that was 5 years ago)
