Togedemaru, because it's ability to synergize well in doubles with Gyarados is amazing. Fake Out, Spiky Shield, Zing Zap, and Poison Jab are great status moves to give the best support for a lot of Pokemon. Its ability to have 2 immunities with the right build is astounding [1]

Look, not to be a genwunner, but up until Sword/Shield, Mewtwo was the only Legendary that felt... I dunno, special? Like it was more than just "a really strong and rare Pokemon". It was a weapon of mass destruction that you had to work your ass off for.
