As I kept drawing, I started getting better, and I started adding more characters and developing their personalities. I renamed them to Wausau and Jackson. The comics were on scrap paper/sketchbooks until I got my first drawing tablet in high school.

Don Bluth did create him. He was just seemingly redesigned, the most we see of him in the PMA archives were in environmental art. Strangely, it hints he was called “Bob” at one point, while the sheets for the elixir victims imply he was later renamed.
