He's a Darkovian citizen who formerly served as King Alteon's Pactagonal Knight, then reassigned by King Brentan to be an anti-chaos coalition fighter for the Stygian Legion and the Nulgath Navy.

Ozin is based off of Zinogre from Monster Hunter. He uses the nominate species, the Stygian Subspecies, the Thunderlord Deviant, and the hidden form is based off of the Frontier Exclusive Howling Zinogre. His skin, hair and bio armor is based off of each Zinogre individual.
