I didn't make art pieces EVERY month, so, here's just a random smattering of stuff that I liked working on.

This year was a hard one for me, on many different counts, but I feel I've been continuing to improve even in spite of that.

Art Train!! I won’t even lie I barely drew this year, it’s actually kinda embarrassing. At most I made one piece per month with the exception of summer when I made 3. My stuff did improve though so I’m happy about that.

Found long-forgotten Homestuck AU oc, redrew that. had a nervous breakdown, got bullied by my friends, bon appétit. c:

Idk why they liked it but I saw them furiously typing and using emotes in the VC chat. They told me to try streaming and even posted my Twitch link which was funny to me. "You kept up with our typing, Maki. You should definitely try it." and it got me thinking during encore.

5. Be more experimental with my art
Looking back, I felt like I did step out of my comfort zone somewhat. I get to do more effects and be more ambitious with my art pieces. These are just some that I'm really proud of for this year.

Spent years with people telling me that I would never get good as an artist. I think the worst one that always stuck with me, is once I was told "the mold broke while you were being made".
I overwork myself to try and prove to myself I'm not that. I haven't yet.
