Haha whoa! I never knew the US version of Power Blade was so different from the Japanese Power Blazer. Japan's ver was a straight ripoff of Mega Man.

‘It Takes Two’ has been a cool game with tight satisfying gameplay so far, but this Book of Love character is an appeal nightmare to me. The model is gross, and even worse it’s just attached to awkward MoCap data.

8. Persona 5 Strikers

What if Persona 5 was a Musou and also had better characterization for the main cast? The gameplay got a little bit samey near the end, but the entertaining characters and improved localization elevate the game. Also the soundtrack absolutely fucks.

Impossible Mission is still such an excellently designed game. Looks beautiful, and the gameplay is spot on. Not only do you have to get good enough to search most of the rooms, but you have to do it with time-enough to spare to solve the punch-card puzzle. (I can still do it) 😄
