i ported 's image-generating guts to rust and fixed some bugs; now images are bigger, more frequent, and always tileable! also, videos should be vastly higher quality and actually loop correctly

As a Glavenus uses its tail more and more, especially while it is heated up, the blade will rust and change color. While rusted, its blade-like tail is dull and doesn't deal much damage. When its blade dulls, Glavenus is known to do something unexpected.
