Just make the fringe a bit transparent at the ends, it imports fine, use a layer mask to get it just right so it fits your style!

I only did it a tiny bit on my model, but as proof that it works

Even though Priscilla is my favorite Souls-girl, I've rarely drawn her referencing the concept art and in-game model, so I tried to do that while keeping the style intact. Most notable addition is the layered skirt.
