I've seen the "mecha takes damage and inflicts equal damage to pilot" cliche aplenty but repairing the mecha to reverse the wounds on its pilot is something I have never seen until now.

For a while I thought that Devil Osomatsu's tail was heart-shaped despite not being an incubus. So I thought of an idea in my religion au, that his tail got damaged, which the sweet Choromatsu then shaped into a heart, so it wouldn't look wonky

Have an idea for an Ideon-esque turn-based strategy game where you have to manage limited manpower and resources while on the run. When you take critical damage you see crewmembers and pilots getting incinerated and the less crew you have, the less you can do per turn.
