Here's a very quick guide to how i design my dragons! I mostly covered the colour markings since thats easier to explain than species rules.

It boils down to dark markings on top, lighter colours on the bottom.

And keeping it simple. I'm allergic to complex designs.

this was a super fun experiment, to compare digital and traditional pieces made with 24 hours of each other. whilst the digital has better snakes, colours, more details, i find myself leaning towards the traditional version more.
