Trying my hand at setting up an IK rig, Ran into a little hiccup, IK Bone Constraint targets and Bones have been assigned properly but seem to be having this issue. Anyone able to help out?

Idk if I ever showed this on here but this was my first outfit design pass (left pic) on the new Rein model, I ended up scrapping it even tho it was ready to rig b/c I wanted something a little less fantasy as her main outfit haha.
