my top fave pieces atm! My tip is to go ham. study the basics but go wild with your creativity. you might just learn something new you've never thought you could, in terms of digital art! versatility is also fun. Its a challenge, but worth it in the end!

I thought I recognized this, it's from Klau's video, I have a tip for you, you won't learn anything from tracing and I wouldn't really class it as fan art either, if you want to draw I think you should start from the basics and not trace other peoples art

I would say that as a kid I had natural talent and a good eye for observation.
1st pic->elementary school.
2nd->began studying the style of Avatar+learning basics.
3->high school, started putting in effort to learn anatomy, proportions, figures, etc.

Well yes, he does. However, he rarely uses it for 3 reasons
1. He's not an expert; He just knows the intermediate basics
2. It uses double the energy to do with certain body motions/gestures
3. Can't think how else he can use it

Messing around with colours (I have the basics of a formula!) and doing the typical arms up pose featuring the purple goblin from last night.

Drew it at a further distance from the camera, so I used a smaller brush for the lines. Think I'm getting better at eye structure! 😄
