The only main difference between Mew Lettuce's and Mew Ichigo's outfit is that Ichigo's had the dress poof, as shown in this pic during mid-transformation. And, as you've have seen, for Mew Pudding and Mew Mint, the only thing separating their outfits is the skirt/dress look.
