@adooboo1 - Then, for the face proportions, I make sure that the eyes are take up most of the space, and I draw the mouth kinda close to them, a lot closer than it is anatomically correct. I’ve found that squishing the facial features together makes the character look small and bubbly 🌸
Starting work on dinosaur redesigns for my Jurassic re-write. Decided to work on the Dominion Therizinosaurus first. I used the coloration of the Mattel figure as reference for the plumage. Tried to strike a balance between anatomical accuracy and the classic "JP asthetic."
nobody told me it would take YEARS to learn how to stylize and exaggerate my style haha
you wouldve thunk that making a character very stylized would be easier than anatomically correct, its the opposite for me lol

@kaiyabunga There are anatomically different skeletons in the Cranium Spirits series. They have their own unique style, but are divided into different biomes and different characteristics. There is also a small illustration of the illustrator's logo on different parts of each character.

'The Riddle of the Sphinx.' The 1880s were a period of intense creation for Rodin; he used drawing to liberate his creativity and to outline his preliminary thoughts on designs for sculptures; he drew mainly from imagination, to test his anatomical and historical knowledge.
Muscle practice from the week
Aiming for something anatomically on-point but stylised

Another day another chance to fix errors!
With this all of the noticeable stuff should be fixed, coloring and anatomical mistakes

Heart hooves but they're more anatomically correct (compared to G5)
I love to be inspired by the works of @Deino3330! And I also thought that some special anatomical diversity is missing.

Btw some anatomic fact:
Average catsnake's height is 2 metres (6,6 ft), and neck takes a 1/5 of it
All of Raul Martin’s concept art for Jurassic World Dominion is fantastic, but for me, his Giganotosaurus and feathered T.Rex go the hardest. They actually fit better with the JP aesthetic while still being mostly anatomically correct.
Universal fucking robbed us, man.
Holy moly this one took a while, I need to start tracking how long I spend on these. Moganopterus, an early Cretaceous pterosaur from the Yixian formation. Detail shot below. As usual, if I messed up anything anatomically, let me know!
