And you know, overall, I'm pretty proud of that guy. By this time I was on my 8th fresh model, but look at him. I don't think he's too shabby! I felt I was ready for the next level, so I did some research and found out about rigging, weight painting and influence

Here's what I have on the face so far. This is my first time facial-rigging, so it's helpful that I don't have to do mouth movements.

Almost there, after this slightly custom rigging, why stop at 1 model huh?

Working on a new Ratfolk mini, as voted on by my patrons!

Base mesh made with subdivided UV Spheres and cylinders, booleaned together, remeshed and sculpted on! Next comes rigging, posing, and then clothes and props!

Texturing and materials are done! I want to fix up a few bits before moving on to rigging, but overall I'm pretty satisfied!

At this rate I'm getting pretty confident in my ability to make these kinds of models!

This is my first time really finishing a character model so I'm hoping I don't run into too many technical problems when retopologizing or rigging, since I wasn't really given any upfront warnings.
