You are right, it would be more work for the artist, which would be rude to ask for if done impolitely. However, people that want to be included and not an afterthought are being lumped in with outliers calling people racist over this. It's kinda like the scenario in this comic

Why this color looks weird on humans? It's a ll because i'm trying to make these colors possible with just filters. I putted Glow effect, then Color Range on black outline and then selected outline replaces with gradient, which is kinda possible.
