自分の場合　8の倍数のサイズにするとJPGでもガビガビ回避できるよ！って以前叡智ツイートでみたのでそれ以来比率と投稿サイズ固定しています
1:1、3:4の画像はセーフだったけど2:1の画像はなぜかガビ判定入った
高い解像度だと読み込みが遅くなるかなと思ってなんとなく72dpiにしている

どうもこの手の話題で、解像度について間違った認識が多い。
たとえ72dpiでも縦横3000pxもあれば十分グッズの印刷に耐えられるし、逆に350dpiでも縦横300pxなら印刷すればボヤボヤになる。よってネットに上げる画像は解像度じゃなくてサイズで管理すべきと周知されてほしい。72dpi信仰は危険！

A4サイズ200dpiで作業スタートしたけど、なんとなく途中で400dpiに変更して作業してしまったのがまずかったかなぁ
凄く重たい。
次は200dpiのままやってみよう。

「dpi下げると品質が落ちちゃう…」と思うかもしれませんが、PCやスマホの画面上で見る範囲であればわざわざ細部まで拡大しない限り対して変わりませんので特に問題はないと思います。
（参考画像は左が150dpi、右が350dpi）
というか基本的にネット上の画像のほとんどは72dpiです。
