Cool and Fun Information: whenever I do a model of a character that doesn't have a turn around reference, I usually end up making one myself (though it usually ends up getting tweaked along the process of making the model, but it helps get the basic shapes down for sculpting)

Even though this is a VERY old model, I will always love this pony! Its Coat patterns and black stripes only in the mane and not the tail is GORGEOUS! Those details alone makes me love this pony a LOT!

Just a quick preview: Xiao's accessory kits will hopefully be up for preorder later this week. Still a bunch more pieces to model, but getting there! The little vial/urn on his belt is hollow with a lip (and magnets) so you can use it as a teeny tiny purse.

I feel that, this was the progression of my current model, using my own textures really freed me to do more of what I wanted because I did not have the funds to have one made nor the knowledge of blender to make a good one from scratch.
