my first solo attempt at the Splatoon 2 style, I think it's alright but it can definitely be better (the only real part i like about this is the tentacles and the tiny squid)

here’s a giant squid sketch I did a few weeks ago. I didn’t use any references, so the anatomy is a little wonky. I wanted to draw one with its tentacles mostly retracted - they’re always depicted fully-extended, but that’s not their neutral state (see photo).
