↓
ObjectモードにしてObject→SetOrigin→OriginTo3DCursor
これで、選択した頂点の中心がオブジェクトの中心に。
ミネットちゃんではカバンとかこの方法でOrigin設定してます(最後Applyしちゃうけど)
